Acetic anhydride(CH3CO)2O is the the important basic organic chemical raw material,increasing demand.Shandong hualu-hengsheng group,has a capacity of 28,000 t/a acetic anhydride process unit,which is acetic acid,methanol and carbon monoxide as raw materials,low pressure carbonylation synthesis for acetic anhydride.At present,the process optimization and energy consumption analysis of the unit are lacking.In order to improve the production capacity of the device,the following research are carried out in this paper.1.By studing the process of acetic anhydride unit,analysis of production data,to optimize the process,to reduce the consumption.The consumption of methanol decreased by 2.15%(0.472 t by 1 t acetic anhydride,down to 0.462 t),CO decreased by 2.7%(358 Nm3 to 349 Nm3),the catalyst decreased by 2.4%(0.8 g to 0.78 g).In the expansion of production capacity at the same time,the product purity of acetic anhydride reached 99%,for the superior products.2.Through the analysis of acetic anhydride reactor,the reaction law was obtained,the key factors influencing the reaction were clarified,and the optimized operation was carried out to improve the yield.Production capacity was played,the device operating cycle from 81 days to reach 303days,the device capacity from 28000 t/a increased to 36000 t/a.3.The effects of the number of existing trays,the location of the feed,the ratio of the reflux on the product quality and the steam consumption were analyzed by using the Aspen software to simulate the flash evaporation kettle,the high pressure absorption tower,the light tower and the analytical tower.Distillation tower to achieve the optimization of production,steam consumption decreased by 8.9%(by 1 t acetic anhydride consumption of 4.57t,down to 4.2t).4.Through the transformation of the optimization,to achieve the maximum efficiency of the device,the technical transformation of the annual increase in efficiency of 14.8 million yuan.
