Along with the development of social economy and people living standard rise, requirements for the choice of food crops is not only safe but also with a delicate appearance, low breakage and doping ratio. However, when the rice huller is working, its shell effect would be have a big change with the influence of factors such as grain type, maturity, storage time, especially with the increase of its working years. Therefore, this topic is aimed at researching a kind of intelligent rice huller rubber roller that can realize the real time monitoring huller work performance, and timely adjust the huller work parameters according to its effect in hulling.In this paper, the main content includes:(1) Selecting the rice huller rubber roller type of MLGT36 as the research object, we test the range of roller effect when the parameters such as pressure, in and out of the rice rate and rubber roller speed is changed. The result shows that these three factors has a great influence in state of rice huller. Besides, the rice huller showed a better performance of shell at the condition of roller pressure P=5.8kg/cm, fast roller speed v=17m/s, feeding amount QL=155kg/cm·h.(2)Design a real time monitoring system for monitoring rice huller hulling performance, main use the principle of that shelled rice, broken rice and normal rice different in size. This chapter includes grain sampling part, signal acquisition part, signal adjust and control part, signal identification and display part, power part. The part of grain sampling achieve a whereabouts by streamline, the part of signal acquisition use silicon photocell as a sensor achieve the conversion between the information of grain size with electrical signals.(3)Design a kind of control system that can automatically adjust the huller parameters such as pressure, in and out of the rice rate and rubber roller speed according to its working state. The adjustment of pressure between rolls and the feeding amount is mainly by controlling the stepper motor rotation. The adjustment of rubber roller speed is mainly by the method of sine pulse width modulation SPWM, which belong to the frequency control for the three-phase asynchronous motor. |
