Underground water supply system which is the coal mine safety production activities must have the life system. The mining production activities and mine "one dredging the three prevention" are all need to have enough water to support pressure. If water pressure can not meet the requirements, it will not only directly affect each user operating underground production, but also will bring potential safety problems. Meanwhile it also needs to control excessive water pressure, so that the tube is broken.The coal mine water is mainly used as fire water, water spray dust, mechanical and electrical equipment cooling water. If the water pressure is too large, it will leads to excessive water consumption and blowout accident to the mechanical and electrical equipment. If the water pressure is too small, it will leads to the bad atomization effect, poor dedusting effect,mechanical and electrical equipment cooling water shortage and overtemperature shutdown. Through the existing underground communication channel can realize the ground remote control command. By means of the water level sensor, pressure controller, online testing meter, PLC control switch and cable channelborrowed from underground communication detection can realize the waterworks and other locations local control instead of remote control, which will help achieve automatic operation function. The system can not only reduces post operation personnel, but also saves electricity, which help truly realizing the nature of the job. Combining with the actual situation of coal mine production, this paper put forward the downhole complex regulating water supply pipe pressure system and abnormal auto-alarm system.First of all, the paper analyzed the current underground constant pressure water situations home and abroad, as well as gave the research purpose and meaning.In the second chapter, the paper introduced the typical underground constant pressure water supply system, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of each system.Appropriate hardware equipment, can not only meet the requirements of control but take advantage of its characteristics as much as possible.According to the requirements of practical operation of underground coal mine water supply network, different position needed treatment was different. At different levels, different terrain, the need of water has a very big difference according to the requirement of the mode of production.For example, some places need electric gate valve decompression, some needed booster pump pressure.Based on the fuzzy system theory analysis which the pattern needed not match exactly within certain limits, the paper induced the fuzzy control method. Selecting the appropriate fuzzy control model, and through MATLAB simulation to see whether the results meet the application of the fuzzy control theory to make water meet the requirements of mine production, combined with downhole equipment must have the characteristics of explosion-proof, transform the frequency converter in order to conform to the requirements of the mine safety. As well as in combination with the practical situation of mechanical and electrical equipment group, the paper gave the realization method of frequency conversion control.Finally the paper introduced the realization process of system software part. By means of the MCGS configuration software to complete the monitoring system of upper machine picture, the scene of the existing station, and the light transmission of the downhole data to ground monitoring center, the complete equipment condition monitoring system was built up. The staffs can grasp mechanical and electrical equipments through the upper unit state real-time running state, and also can record downhole data by the pipeline pressure monitoring to achieve alarming timely.
