| After years of development,rice cookers have developed from mechanical rice cookers to smart rice cookers,and from hot plate heating to electromagnetic heating.These are major improvements in heating control,but none of these improvements solve the problem of requiring users to participate in cooking.It can be seen that the current rice cookers are not automatic and user-friendly.Through investigation,it is found that the current automatic technology of rice cookers has defects such as inaccurate rice measurement,difficult to achieve conveying rice,easy to smash or unclean rice.There is not yet a feasible set of fully automatic technology applied to small rice cookers.The thesis adopts a full set of automatic technology to carry out quantitative rice feeding,rice conveying,rice washing and water distribution,so as to realize fully automatic cooking,and integrates the automated system into a small electric rice cooker,with simple and ingenious design.This paper studies the rice feeding and measuring system that designs a two-way screw in the rice storage bin to rotate the rice.Aiming at the problem that the two sides of the two-way screw drop rapidly and the middle bulge leads to uneven blanking,the variable parameter screw is designed to solve the problem.Designed a container for measuring quantitative rice and the filling pressure judging mechanism for judging that the container is full.The rice conveying system is designed,and the wind power conveying mode is selected,which is more suitable for the demand of small rice cooker.It studies the pipe wind speed to meet the requirements of rice conveying.This paper focuses on the analysis of the performance of the air duct structure,and simulated analysis is conducted for the situation of the container in the flow field.It is found that the pressure drop of hemispherical container is the smallest,and the velocity distribution of semi ellipsoidal container is relatively uniform,which is more conducive to the conveying of the rice.Considering the problems of pressure drop and velocity uniformity,a semi shuttle type container was designed by changing the chamfering angle of inlet and outlet on the basis of semi ellipsoid.The key rice washing and water distribution system is studied,and the unique rice washing technology of bubbling vibration is developed.In addition,in order to solve the problem of residual rice when the rice drop,the paper deeply analyzes how to assist rice dropping,and designs three schemes: wind driving,rice scraper scraping and water scouring,so as to realize rice dropping thoroughly.Through the experimental test,it is found that the accuracy of measuring rice,the effect of feeding rice,the accuracy of feeding water and the cleanliness of washing rice and each other subsystems can all meet the design requirements.And The running state of the prototype cooking is verified,concludes that the quality of cooked rice is better than that of ordinary rice cooker. |
