It has reform and opening-up in china for over 30 years.The people's standard of living is keep raising.But food security problem is increasingly serious.The main problem are bad and fake food raw material and illegal additive.It has great bad effects on government,enterprise and people.Besides severely strike on these behavior in policy and law,another effective method is preventing and tracing make and sale faked food by information technology.This thesis introduced design and development process of a trace system by a method using RFID to trace food raw material,manufacture progress and sale destination.RFID has some character:quickly identify,be free of barrier,big data storage capacity.RFID is basic of Internet of things.The system using RFID electronic label attaced to food packing.For each food it has a unique ID.In each steps such as buying food raw material,producing,saleing,transporting it record the data,which corresponding to ID of the food.In this way the raw material of the food can be queried,the produce progress can be monitored,and sale destination can be traced.It can provide many services based on integration of food security management database and food supply chain information,by establishing food security monitoring information platform.This system is developed using ASP.NET technology,server application is written in C#.RFID reader provide DLL programming interface,it is encapsulated as a Active X control,it can be invoked in a Web page.At last we introduced a example of RFID trace software applied in dairy products enterprise.It has one-stop bi-direction trace query function,which include forward raw material trace function and backward product trace function.
