Performance Meat Processing Automated Production Line Control Integration System Development

With the improvement of standard of living and the social development, the demand for meat products increased, and at the same time the safety got more and more attention. In this paper, the actual situation of meat product line is analysed and a new control system is designed, based on CC-LINK fieldbus. The structure of system is formed by PLC, HMI and feildbus. The distributed control is realized in this control system can for the situation of so much IO scatter in the product line, and the centralized control is realized for the situation of the complicated processing technic and so many kinds of devices.Due to the demand of the information of meat product, this paper designed an information management system with RFID, EPC and Savant system, based on the meat process. And a client Software is realized in the Microsoft visual studio 2005 development platform, which helps the handlers to manage the product information.The system designed in this paper greatly improves the automatization level, and a traceability system is formed with the aid of modern information technology, finally a realtime management system is realized by the client Software.
