The temporal-spatial distribution of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide in the region of Southern Sichuan have been analyzed in this paper.The regional relevance of atmospheric pollution have been analyzed based on grey system theory,and the grid data and routine monitoring data from environmental monitor station was carefully referenced.Atmospheric nitrogen dioxide pollution and sulfur dioxide pollution of six cities in southern Sichuan has typical characteristics of urban pollution and seasonal distribution.Due to the coal industry,especially power plants are widely distributed,and distance of elevated source,the Sulfur dioxide pollute on is also serious in South Region rural of Neijiang.Sulfur dioxide pollution also has a seasonal distribution characteristics.In the study of regional atmospheric environment,the encrypted grid data has better representative than routine monitoring data,and the results with higher credibility would beobtained from the correlation analysis.The six cities in southern Sichuan's atmospheric sulfur dioxide pollution related degree larger than 0.63 and nitrogen dioxide pollution association is greater than 0.5,which indicated that the regional air pollution has a strong correlation.Sulfur dioxide pollution correlation greater than nitrogen dioxide is due to different sources of pollutants.The joint prevention and control in this region is not only the task of the region,but also the task of associated area.In order to accomplish the environment protected task,we need to establish not only the regional mechanisms for joint prevention and control,but also need to establish in Sichuan and Chongqing area adjacent to the defense joint control mechanism.
