Double Effects On The Impact Of Environmental Regulation On Manufacturing Employment

With the improvement of living standards,people get rid of the poverty line,makes reviewing material outside of the living environment more attention,and gradually realize the destruction of the environment is very serious.Full employment is one of the four goals of macroeconomic.At the same time,the environmental regulation is promoting role for employment? Inhibition? Or not sure?The research content mainly includes six chapters.First chapter is the introduction,elaborated the selected topic background and significance of topics,domestic and foreign related research literature review,followed by the framework in this paper,the main contents of papers,thesis,research method,innovation points and deficiencies.The second chapter related concepts and theoretical basis.Explains the concept of environmental regulation,environmental regulation theories,determinants of employment and unemployment theory.The third chapter,environmental regulation and employment status of Jiangsu province firstly expounds the change and status quo of the international and domestic environmental regulation,secondly elaborated the related situation of Jiangsu province environmental regulation,the last is the present situation of the employment.The fourth chapter environmental regulation theory of mechanism analysis of the impact of employment.Environmental regulation to increase,green subsidy policy,through pollution control fund crowding out,crowding out four channels directly affect the employment,investment by FDI,enterprise scale,labor productivity,wage affect employment four indirect channels.The fifth chapter environmental regulation empirical analysis of the effects on employment.First build contains be explained variables and interpretation model,secondly,selecting and measuring the employment,environmental regulation and FDI,enterprise scale,industry profits,wages and other indicators;Finally using Eviews7.0software,using fixed effect model of the individual manufacturing panel data of Jiangsu province for empirical analysis,and conclusions are drawn.Chapter sixth conclusions and policy Suggestions,this paper sums up the above analysis conclusion,and from environmental regulation measures,the investment promotion and capital introduction policy,increasing pollution to the scale of enterprise capital support,welfare distribution effects such as Angle put forward policy Suggestions.Study found that:(1)environmental regulation is not a simple linear relationship between employment,but shows "U" type,namely with the increase of theenvironmental regulation level,employment after the first reduce the increase.(2)environmental regulation by changing the FDI location choice and industry choice,made without considering environmental regulation under the present employment instead of the negative impact.(3)the size of the big companies without considering environmental regulation plays a role of promoting the employment of the enterprise,but considering environmental regulation under the inhibition.(4)salary to promote the employment,but in the case of environmental regulation,for the promotion of employment effect slightly smaller.(5)labor productivity under the condition of without considering environmental regulation,have a stronger inhibitory effect to employment,but under the condition of considering environmental regulation,less inhibition.
