The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Intelligent Manufacturing states that we should jointly promote the intersection and integration of the Internet,artificial intelligence,and other industries,accelerate the development of advanced manufacturing clusters,focusing on the construction of distinctive,complementary advantages,reasonable structure of strategic emerging industries growth engine,automation,flexibility,intelligent production,and thus improve the production and processing efficiency.In the manufacturing industry,the number of tool consumption is large,and the management of tool information has become an important link in the modern manufacturing industry.The adoption of scientific and effective tool management procedures may minimize the time spent in the production process on discovering tools,calling tools,and tracking tool access information statistics,which can increase corporate processing efficiency while also lowering manufacturing expenses.When combined with the requirements of small and medium-sized businesses,the RFID-based tool manufacturing process information sensing and management system is designed using RFID hardware system,software development,case verification,etc.Through the analysis of tool management system requirements,the traditional tool management method can reduce the errors in recording tool information and tool scheduling.Firstly,starting from tool information collection,analyzing the basic information that tools need to provide in the process of processing and manufacturing,proposing RFID identification technology,fusing tool entities with RFID hardware devices,which can quickly identify tool information one-to-one,and combining RFID middleware with tool management system for human-machine information interaction,to facilitate rapid identification and feedback of tool information.Secondly,in order to solve the situation of cumbersome and disorderly tool information,the tool information can be effectively and conveniently managed by comparing tool attributes such as tool structure and machining mode,unified digital coding of tools,and establishing tool information model;then the tool information is mathematically modeled,and the tool information weight ratio is optimized through interval intuition fuzzy TOPSIS superior and inferior solution distance hybrid optimization solving algorithm to complete a more accurate tool scheduling management.Finally,the frontend part of the management system website is based on the B/S framewor-k development tool for managing the system and the backend program are independent of each other to build a lightweight Web framework to realize the three levels of the data persistence la-yer,presentation layer and logical business layer.Application in the tool management system.R-eal-time records of tool inventory,basic attributes,personnel permissions,processing time,etc.are updated synchronously,providing a visualization platform for manufacturing-related depart-ments.Through the integration of RFID hardware equipment and software system,the frontend framework and lightweight back-end architecture are adopted,and the case has been verified to meet the needs of enterprises,which is simple,practical,and easy to modify,the reliability and management efficiency of the enterprise-level tool management system is improved obviously,and the quality of product processing is guaranteed.
