Iron and steel plays an important role in the development of national economy.The sulfur in iron directly affects the quality of iron.Therefore,desulfurization is an indispensable part of metallurgical process.However,the structure is relatively complex and large.During the operation process,the abnormal vibration will cause the impeller to damage or fall off to the ladle,which will seriously affect the safety and the economic benefits of the steel plant.Therefore,KR desulfurization monitoring system has important practical significance.After researching failure types,a set of on-line monitoring system based on multisensor signal acquisition,data analysis,status diagnosis and display is put forward and the related design is completed.The model simplification and equivalent parameter calculation of the KR desulfurization unit are carried out.The vibration characteristics of the device and the drive shaft are analyzed theoretically.The finite element dynamic analysis of the whole device is carried out.Find out the factors that affect the vibration of the equipment,and determine the feasibility of the lift car as a vibration monitoring point.According to the characteristics of device monitoring,combined with the actual situation of KR desulphurization station,the technical indicators are proposed and the overall design of the monitoring system is completed,introduced the selection standard of the vibration sensor,the data acquisition card and the laser distance sensor.the hardware circuit is designed.According to the needs of steel mills,the overall designing framework of the software are put forward,described the specific application of the multi-threaded technology,MFC technology,data storage technology in the software development process,especially introduced the modularization design in the process of software realization,as well as the technical points and concrete realization of each module,and finally shows the running flow of the whole software.Based on the above research,a set of KR desulfurization equipment operation monitoring system was developed,and test were carried out in Shanghai Baosteel.The final results show that the system is running well and the data collection is reliable and basically meets the demand of real-time monitoring.
