The water injection management is one of the important steps in the oilfield production management in the petroleum exploitation industry.At present,the majority of domestic water injection wells in the monitoring and management still is rely on manual inspection wells.Regularly,it needs to go to wellhead to collect the water injection information and deploy labours,and the precision of the instrument is not high,the collected data has more error,the distance six points of water flooding development there is a certain gap.The core of this dissertation is how to realize the whole process realize the information integration and centralized management of water injection well block,namely the traditional manual work to patrol the well office remote operation,which is based on the stratified water injection monitoring and control technology.In view of the current situation of water injection,the information integration of water injection area is difficult,the data transmission reliability is low,the allocation of information update lag,real-time performance is poor,and the centralized water distribution efficiency is low.A water injection monitoring system based on layered water injection technology and ZigBee network technology is put forward.Design and developthe front-end data acquisition,wireless network communication,automatic control to integrate the Internet of things application system.From the ground to the ground and then to the remote office,it can thoroughly realize the whole process of water injection management in single well,well group,block and oilfield.The design of network monitoring system in water injection well block is divided into three levels: the downhole data acquisition layer,the data transmission layer of the top of the well and remote application layer.In the system,the data acquisition and execution terminal of the preset cable type integrated water distribution device is developed;Power line carrier technology data communication from the underground to the wellhead with steel cable;Data transmission from the each of wellhead to the data centerin water distribution using ZigBee network technology;Remote PC access data center server to the Internet.Underground water distribution device with STM32 as the main control unit,data acquisition,analysis and processing and driving motor nozzle;Select the ZigBee network star network to set the terminal node on the wellhead control box and set the coordinator node in water injection station,ZigBee module hardware uses STM32+CC2530 as the core unit,RF module uses CC2530 to connect RF front-end chip RFX2401;The system also designs the power supply circuit and other auxiliary circuits for each unit.Using C# language to develop the data center software,running on the PC machine in the water distribution,through the serial port to receive ZigBee data.The system has carried on the communication test of ZigBee network,and has analyzed the experimental results;The remote PC software are introduced and has test of the function;then the pilot wells in Daqing oilfield have been carried out to verify the functional requirements and performance indicators of the system.The system has been put into use.By practicing,it can be seen that the system realizes the remote dynamic monitoring in well site and the network sharing of water information.It meets the informationalized construction of oilfield and the productive requirements of fine management. |
