At present,the monitoring of layered water injection wells in China’s oilfields still relies on the way of artificial well inspection,which has the problem of low efficiency of water injection management.The design of layered water injection monitoring system can realize the monitoring of the production process of layered water injection,and adjust the underground water distributor remotely.Because o f the problems of signal interference and acquisition instrument error,it is difficult to avoid duplicate data and missing data.In addition,there are other original data of water injection analysis in Oilfield database,and there are also a lot of dirt y data.Therefore,this paper effectively cleans the operation data of layered water injection system and the existing original data of water injection analysis.First of all,according to the actual situation of water injection wells in the oil field,this paper analyzes the demand of layered water injection monitoring system,then designs the overall framework of layered water injection monitoring system,designs its database structure according to the characteristics of layered water injection monitoring data,and develops the system with Grails and C #.Secondly,feature selection technology is used to select feature data related to water injection analysis from oilfield database,and gray wolf optimization algorithm and rough set are used for feature selection.Feature se lection is a good way of data preprocessing,which can reduce unnecessary data cleaning and improve data cleaning efficiency.Thirdly,aiming at the problem of missing data,this paper improves the original random forest algorithm interpolation strategy based on the random forest algorithm with strong ability to deal with mixed data,and uses the comparative experiment to verify its effect.Aiming at the problem of duplicate data,an improved algorithm of data De duplication based on the sorting algorithm o f basic adjacent records is proposed,and the experiment of duplicate data filtering is designed to verify it.Finally,according to the running effect of the layered water injection monitoring system,we use Load Runner 11 to test the user concurrency of t he layered water injection monitoring system.
