Abstract/Summary:
In this paper,for the corrosive characteristics of the Marine environment,by modified resin and filler,selects the high molecular and low molecular weight resin through blending modification,supplemented by appropriate fillers and additives,the preparation of high solid thick film epoxy heavy-duty coating.In view of several problems for the traditional toughening of epoxy resin and the preparation of high solids epoxy coatings,Proposed by containing soft hydrophilic polyether segment end amino polyether compounds used for toughening epoxy resin and preparation technology.At the same time researched mechanism and contact of the structure and properties for the end amino polyether toughening modification of epoxy resin.Through infrared testing,water imbibition experiment,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electrochemical testing methods such as analysis of anti-corrosion coating performance characterization,examine behavior of anticorrosion coating and the modified material affect the performance of anticorrosive coating.The results show that the preparation of high solid super thick film type epoxy heavy-duty coating has low curing temperature,one layer of coating can reach 500μm.Has the characteristics of high adhesion,superior resistance to impact,penetration resistance,etc.Salt spray corrosion test results show that adopt in this coating has very excellent anticorrosion performance.Due to the impact resistance performance of epoxy resin is excellent So as to make the preparation of the coating can still maintain the integrity and compactness after certain impact strength in the outside world.Due to modified glass flake and PPS powder have good corrosion resistance,low water absorption and the labyrinth effect they formed,permeability resistance and corrosion resistance of coating has a greater degree of improvement.
