Corrosion of metallic materials not only brought huge economic losses, but also threaten people’s lives and safety. Anticorrosive coating is effective and economical way to solve this problem. But the current coating often appear blistering, peeling failure phenomena in the harsh environment, so researching on optimization has important significance in improving the design, In this paper, an optimized epoxy-PTFE resin system, supplemented by glass flake "labyrinth effect" impervious structure to design a corrosion-resistant coating, and the coating was designed to test the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance test, reaching the following conclusions:(1) We established the discrete-continuous medium penetration mathematical model, and it shows that the permeability of glass flake composite coating with glass flakes volume fraction, parallelism and thickness ratio on glass flakes, glass flakes for the study of penetration resistance in the coating of the foundation.(2) The coating is toughened by Vinyl chloride and vinyl isobutyl ether copolymers, and studies have shown that mechanical properties is best when the dosage of Vinyl chloride and vinyl isobutyl ether copolymers is8%. The impact strengthen of coating in50kg· cm becomes flawless,and the flexibility of the coating is0.5mm, the adhesion is1.(3) The ratio of the bisphenol A type epoxy resin is3:7PTFE coating has excellent corrosion resistance, and electrochemical impedance through experiment by immersion in the coating in an aqueous solution of3.5%NaCl in600hours after coating impedance changes little, remained at108Ω·cm2, coating absorption of2.08%compared to PTFE resin coating without adding water absorption reduced by47%.(4) The experimental results show that the system in the amount of glass flake,20%of100mesh mesh coating has excellent corrosion resistance and anti-penetration properties.(5)As the basis of polymer-glass flake penetration model,we analyzed the main influence factors of flake assembly parallelism in the modle and used molecular dynamics to investigate the mechanism of each main influencing factors. Through the modification of the surface of the glass flakes and flakes assembled in parallel in the coating, we prepared different parallelism of glass flakes coating. By scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observations and the test of electrochemical impedance (EIS),it indicated that permeability of the coating and scales arranged in parallel with a similar degree of linear relationship. Parallel to the highest degree of coating after600hours immersion, the total impedance value coatings remained at107O·cm2and the water absorption is only1.41%.
