| There exist serious scaling problems in the industrial circulating cooling water system and oil field pipeline,which directly lead to the yield decreasing and the energy consumption.At present,adding scale inhibitors is the best way to inhibit the scale formation.This paper mainly studied the synthesis of four kinds of scale inhibitors which were diethylene triamine derivative of acrylic acid-methacrylate copolymer,poly(maleic anhydride co-2-acrylamido-2-propane sulfonate)copolymers;hydroxylamine hydrochloride derivative of acrylic acid-methacrylate copolymer and modification of chitosan.The synthesized products were characterized by IR,TGA,XPS and elemental analysis.The raw scale and catalyzed scale were analyzed by the methods of scanning electron microscope(SEM)and static pictures,which study the effects of different factors on the performance of scale inhibitors.The main work in this paper can be summarized as follows:Using azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator,acrylic acid methacrylate polymer(P-AAMA)was synthesized by the copolymerization.And P-AAMA-DETA was synthesized from polymer P-AAMA and diethylenetriamine by Michael addition reaction.Besides the analysis of the products and the properties of preventing calcium sulfate were determined.When the concentration of P-AAMA-DETA was 1 mg/L,the best inhibition rate was 94.27%.The preventing property of calcium sulfate was compared at different temperatures and concentrations.It showed that the best inhibition rate of scale decreased with the rise of temperature from 60℃ to 80℃,but the rate of scale inhibitor still reached more than 80%.When the concentration of calcium ion was increased,the amount of scale inhibitor was also increased to achieve the best effect of scale inhibitor.The one-step method was used to synthesis Poly(maleic anhydride co-2-acrylamido-2-propane sulfonate)copolymers(PMA-PAMPS)using anthion as initiator,maleic anhydride(MA)and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)as raw materials.When the concentration of PMA-PAMPS was 3 mg/L,the best inhibition rate was 92.09%.The efficiency of calcium sulfate were compared under the same concentration at different temperatures,the results showed that the inhibition rate of scale increased with the rise of temperature from 50℃ to 60℃.The increase of temperature from 60℃ to 80℃ leads to the decrease of ant-scale efficiency.Polyacrylic acid methacrylate(P-AAMA)as the intermediate product reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride to introduce hydroxamic acid groups,which can synthesize the scale inhibitor called Polyacrylic acid methacrylate(P-AAMA-HOH).Besides,the products were analyzed and the qualitative detection of the hydroxyl acid was carried out.When adding 5 mg/L scale inhibitor,the scale inhibition rate was 96.52% at 60℃.The rate of scale inhibition was determination from 50℃ to 80 ℃ when adding 5 mg/L scale inhibitior.It not only showed a good effect of scale inhibitor but also easy to decompound with no pollution.Raw material of natural polymer chitosan(CTS)was modified as follows: carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCTS)which synthesized by chloroacetic acid can react with diethylenetriamine to obtain green polymer scale inhibitor(c-CMCTS-DETA),while N-Hydroxy succinimide(NHS)and EDC as activators.CMCTs and CMCTS-DETA were characterized And the solubility of samples were compared,the properties of preventing calcium sulfate were determined as well.When adding 5 mg/L CMCTS,the scale inhibition rate was 94.8%.While adding 3 mg/L c-CMCTS-DETA,the scale inhibition rate was 98%. |
