| Wire rope is widely used in mining,elevator,cable and other fields.Wire rope as the main sustain tension component,however,in the service process will inevitably be some damage in the service process,and making it the tolerance will produce the effect of stress concentration phenomenon,cause local failure,serious when will lead to a sudden rupture,causing the occurrence of major accidents.Therefore,study the actual stress state of wire rope on its material properties change has important significance.Based on consulting a large amount of the wire rope tension test on the basis of the literature in both English and Chinese,this paper studies the rope tension detection technology based on magnetic coupling method.Through theoretical analysis,finite element simulation and experimental research,comprehensively analyzes the test technology in the basic theory of wire rope tension detection yes and availability.This article main research content is as follows:(1)The structure of wire rope composition belongs to the ferromagnetic material,so this article combine ferromagnetic theory,from the micro structure(magnetic domain and magnetic domain wall),analyzes the stress influence on it,it is concluded that the stress tension change can make microstructure of wire rope,thus cause changes in the parameters of the magnetic properties of the conclusion.And wire rope is expounded from the Angle of the micro structure of the steel wire rope of the magnetization process and the impact of stress on magnetization process.(2)By inverse hysteresis expansion effect to explain the expansion force and materials as well as its magnetic parameters change rule,analyzes the outer magnetic field and the stress under the action of wire rope phenomenon of the change of the material energy.According to the theory of langevin and Jiles Atherton theory to establish the mathematical model of stress influence parameters of the magnetic properties of steel wire rope,and explains the basic principle and methods of wire rope tension detection method.(3)Based on magnetic parameters are briefly discussed in the wire rope tension on the basis of the design principle of the detection sensor based on experiments,this paper use experimental specimen and related requirements,completed the design of the steel wire rope tension detection sensor,and by using the finite element software analysis.(4)By using the established mathematical model of magnetic parameters under different stress is obtained by Matlab calculation model,and use it as a known condition into the finite element software ANSYS to calculate.Set by establishing the track type of coil,coil number of turns,excitation current,specimen in the induced magnetic field magnetized loading way to calculate.This article respectively to specimens with different crack depth simulated when applying different tension.The simulation results show that the crack depth of the same specimen(or no damage to the specimen),the size of the magnetic induction intensity increases with the increase of tension and,and both have good linear relationship;When the tension of the same size on specimen,magnetic induction intensity value and the crack depth to present positive correlation;When the specimen is not force(i.e.,tension value is zero),the magnetic induction intensity value and the crack depth with linear correlation;When there is no damage to the specimen and damage to the specimen(crack damage of specimen depth of 0.5 mm)in comparison,specimen damage after the magnetic induction strength increases under the same tension;The size of the magnetic permeability of the specimens with the tension increases.(5)Design and build the tension test system based on magnetic parameters.Magnetic nondestructive detection system mainly includes measuring tension sensor,signal generator,power amplifier,data acquisition system and data processing fitting system,etc.By universal tensile machine for different crack depth of the tensile specimen loading step by step,this paper design a pull inspecting sensor output induced voltage signal,the calculation of magnetic induction intensity,and the experiment results are analyzed in linear fitting.The experimental results show that the crack depth of specimen same induction output voltage amplitude and magnetic induction intensity increases with the increase of tension and,both with linear relationship;Under the action of the same tension,output induction voltage amplitude and magnetic induction intensity increases with the increase of crack depth and.The correctness of the simulation is verified by the experiments. |
