Research On The Modular Construction Technology Of Industrial And Mining Projects

At present,there is no mature theoretical system in the field of modular construction in China.Many research institutes and universities are in the stage of development.Combined with the project of a certain engineering company,this paper summarizes the application of modular technology in industrial and mining projects from engineering design to production,transportation and field hoisting process.A modular construction process and method meet China's national conditions are also presented.This research is intended to provide references for the further systematic theory.In the modular design,the module optimization decomposition technique of each type of workshop is studied.Three principles are put forward to pay attention to the integrity of the process,the stability of the structure and the compactness of transportation.Combining with the technology,the typical metallurgical mine of each workshop is divided into six types of modules such as process module,equipment module,bulk member module.One of the cores of modular technology is three-dimensional design.In this aspect,it is found that the structural calculation model of civil engineering structure is directly translated into three-dimensional information model.In addition,the collaborative design method of each specialty in the industrial and mining projects is studied,which lay the foundation for the module division of the 3D information model.In the aspect of modular construction,the site selection for the construction of modular members is studied.The site size,carrying capacity,the basic facilities and transportation conditions are also given.A scheme for land and sea transportation is presented.Combining with the characteristics of various types of modular members,the corresponding construction and hoisting methods are proposed.At last,the research results of modular technology in design,manufacture,transportation and hoisting are checked by a copper mine in Australia.The solution for the whole process of modular members from design to hoisting is presented.Combining with the practical project,the research is carried out in this paper.The whole process of modular application technology problems for the industrial and mining projects from design to production,transportation,and field hoisting aresolved.It provides a technical solution for the modular construction of industrial and mining projects.
