Now gas accidents are happening with increasing frequency,that,it's very important for effective management of production safety.How to do when they were under stress? Accodering circular of the General Office of the State Council on Tightening Control on coal mine safety production, the group decided to build mobile monitoring system for gas in coal mines to integrating in full, data integration is a broad field of methods which are used to move data from one system to another[21],informatization systems like monitoring with deepening of monitoring for gas in coal mines governance,to pushing ahead comprehensive Coalmines Group informatization construction of four modernizations.There will be a unite network between a security management department and mineralization points from anywhere at any time to checking up monitoring equipments to maximum avoid and reduce the accident.For those requirements based on the mobile monitoring system for gas in coal mines it helps Coalmines Group reform informatization management and optimization and upgrading the old one for solving problems. This is software architecture level of design,consist of ground video surveillance,Java platform-based applications for web portals,mobile terminal software;a network structure of the underground bluetooth network used by inspectors for fixing a position. Based on crack sweeping, scurity enforced,anti-virus,osmosis prevention to make a clean sweep of the information security problem in the Network which very important alerting acquisition,constructing a first informationalized step system.From the point of realizing techniques web portal and mobile service provision deploying it to tomcat platform,this is a construction of Core Location framework which is used to locate by the use of Xcode--longitude and latitude which determines how information is structured by structure--inspectors whose location based on IOS platforms by the way of reverse geocoding. In the wake of qualified initial inspection,It is defined as conformance to requirement to see safety production information from anywhere at any time.It should be designed meeting the requirement further for leaders' management which is patrol of safety status.This paper adoptes mobile internet technology and mobile application development technology for enriching safety production management and upgrading the technological of safety management job in mines which remove hidden trouble as soon as possible in order to reduce construction accident effectively during lots of coal mine safety production and management means.So,this paper is valuable to the development mobile monitoring of the same kind.The main structure of this paper is as follows:Chapter 1 introduces which is the background and meaning of project,and makes the trouble clear widely that informatization system developing whose lots of big miners which has been applied in the areas of coalmines at home and abroad.Chapter 2 introduces the phenomena which is lots of data in monitoring does great damage under some circumstances which is much higher than the identification standard, the basic theory of bluetooth network used in location,the comparison between JSON and XML.Chapter 3 introduces the analysis process in accordance with project needs by the evaluation example.Chapter4 introduces the method of design and realization that is platform,including interface,database,web portal,app,information safty and Corebluetooth application.Chapter 5 mainly introduces results from deployment testing.Chapter 6 summarizes the study of the paper,and gives the future works.
