With the gradual improvement of living standards,people’s lives are increasingly enriched.The diversified needs of life promote the development of science and technology in many aspects.Sensors,as an indispensable part of life,provide great convenience for diversified life.Sensor networks are widely used in many civil areas,such as environmental detection and protection,disease diagnosis,home networking and so on,so reading and processing a large number of sensor data has become the main task at this stage.A odor recognition system based on gas sensor array is designed in this paper.The system consists of signal conditioning circuit,signal transmission module and data processing software.Sensor signal acquisition circuit is composed of multi-channel gas sensors sensor array,effectively avoiding the problem of single sensor specificity.The sensor of this system is sensitive to alkane,formaldehyde,alcohol and other gases.The voltage regulator and voltage follower are used in the circuit to match the impedance,which can provide precise raw data for the subsequent algorithm and make the whole system simple and efficient.The signal transmission module uses Arduino Nano chip and HC-05 Bluetooth module.Arduino chip has the advantages of small size and easy development.The chip receives the signal from the front-end circuit and converts it to analog-to-digital.The data is sent to the mobile phone through the Bluetooth module for data processing.The initial data measured by gas sensors need to be pre-processed and predicted on the mobile phone,which is realized in the mobile APP.Users can install this data processing software on Android intelligent devices.Bluetooth receives sensor data from the measurement module and can save the data to the system folder.Users can set the predicted parameters to identify and analyze the response.This design realizes the correct reading of sensor data,and successfully transmits the signal to Android mobile phone software through Bluetooth for display,further realizes the subsequent processing and calculation of sensor data.
