The internal environment of the petroleum system workshop is complex,and there are many high temperature and high pressure situations in the technological process.Safety monitoring device,which has strong real-time performance and high monitoring efficiency,plays an important role in reducing the probability of accidents in the workshop.Because of the limitation of sensor installation position,the traditional safety monitoring system has blind monitoring area,it needs more sensors to expand the scope of monitoring.The motion control of the ordinary mobile inspection carrier is complicated due to the complicated environment of the workshop,the real-time performance and scope of the ordinary mobile inspection carrier is limited by workshop environment,the stability of the inspection carrier is greatly influenced by the external environment.Develop a mobile safety monitoring device that can perform stable and efficient inspections in complex environments to improve the efficiency and real-time performance of safety monitoring,it plays an important role in the safety of petroleum system workshop.This paper designs a safety monitoring device based on mobile patrol carrier.In the workshop,according to the specific requirements of the safety monitoring,an iron patrol track with a black guide line is set to ensure the inspection scope of the patrol carrier.The DSP is used as the core controller of the mobile inspection carrier,and the camera is used as an image sensor to realize the tracking control of the single patrol carrier on the set track.Using Wi Fi module to construct wireless communication network between patrol carrier and host computer.The host computer program is designed with C++Builder,it processes and displays the monitoring data of the patrol carrier,and realizes the coordinated control of multiple patrol carriers on the patrol track according to the group control strategy.This paper investigates the motion control scheme of the patrol carrier.Considering the complex environment of the workshop and the hardware limitation of the inspection carrier,a motion control program composed of position controller and speed controller is designed to realize the tracking operation of the single patrol robot on the patrol track.By establishing the mathematical model of the patrol carrier and considering the hardware foundation of the inspection track,a group control algorithm based on fuzzy control is designed to realize the coordination operation of multiple patrol carriers on patrol track.Finally,the whole experiment of mobile safety monitoring device is carried out.The test shows that the patrol carrier with DSP as the core controller can complete the tracking operation on the set track,the setting of patrol track can ensure the inspection scope of patrol carrier.The stable and coordinated operation of multiple patrol carriers can ensure the real-time performance of the safety monitoring device.The wireless communication network constructed by Wi Fi module can meet the real-time communication requirements between host computer and multiple patrol carriers.The host computer displays the real-time monitoring information of the workshop returned by the patrol carrier,and send an alarm signal when the workshop environment is abnormal.
