Graphene oxide is generally made of graphite and the products obtained by strong acid oxidation.The preparation of graphene oxide is safe,simple and high yield by Hummers method.And it has become the first choice for the preparation of graphene oxide at home and abroad.The graphene oxide is prepared by improving Hummers method.The dosage of thick H2SO4,KMnO4,NaNO3 and the change of oxidation reaction time influence on the preparation of product is discussed.The graphene oxide is tested by UV absorption spectroscopy,electron microscope and X ray diffraction analysis to determine the best preparation system.It is that graphite powder of 1 g,98% sulfuric acid of 35 ml,potassium Permanganate of 3 g and sodium nitrate of 1 g react 6 hours.In order to solve the problem of graphene insoluble in water and effectively combined with cotton fiber,the lamellar structure and oxygen groups with graphene oxide is analysised.The graphene oxide combining with cotton fiber is reduced by the reducing agent.The cotton fabric effectively combined graphene is generated,and the performance of reference of grapheme.The cotton fabric after treatment graphene oxide is tested on antistatic,antibacterial and anti ultraviolet properties.1)The optimal process of graphene oxide fabric antistatic applications: the charge of cotton fabric is the least and the antistatic performance is the strongest under the condition of dipping at 55? for 70 minutes with the graphene oxide of 4.5 g/L and reducting at 40? for 90 minutes with the insurance powder of 3 g/L.2)Finally the results show that the cotton fabric after dealing with the graphene oxide finishing liquid has certain antimicrobial properties.The antibacterial effect of cotton fabrics is the best under the condition of dipping at 75? for 80 minutes with graphene oxide concentration of 3.5 g/L and reducting at 40? for 90 minutes with the insurance powder of 4.5 g/L.3)The anti-UV effect of cotton fabrics treated with the oxidation graphite oxide solution is the best,under the condition of dipping at 95? for 40 minutes with concentration of graphene oxide 4.5 g/L and reducing at 25 ? for 20 minutes with hydrazine hydrate of 4 g/L.
