Graphene oxide(GO)is the oxidation of graphene,it has lamellar molecular structure and contains lots of oxygen-containing functional groups like hydroxyl(-OH),carboxyl(-COOH),epoxy(—CH(O)CH—)and so on,thus making it excellent water dispersibility and active chemical reaction properties.GO is an important precursor of graphene based composites and it is widely used in functional finishing of fabric.GO has excellent antibacterial and bio-compatibility.It is also used in electrospinning as a high-quality filler for production of biological scaffolds,tissue regeneration,drug delivery,cell proliferation,wound healing and other medical materials.As a new carbon material in the 21 st century,the application of GO in textile will contribute to the integration of materials,medicine,electricity and other industries.In this paper,iodine and Zinc oxide were selected and combined with GO for the usages of functional finishing of cotton fabric and electrospinning of PVDF respectively.The method and process of functional finishing of cotton fabric were studied through changes of reflectance and Ultraviolet Protection Factor(UPF),the characteristics were also tested.The composition and spinning process in PVDF electrostatic spinning were also discussed by diameter,morphology and tensile properties of fibers,the properties of films were tested.The samples were analysed by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectoscopy(FT-IR)?Raman Spectrometer(Raman)?Scanning electron microscope(SEM)?Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy(EDS)?X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and other instruments.After finishing,ZnO particles formed on the surface of cotton fabric.GO and I were stable in cotton fabric.The addition of ZnO and GO will certain effects on the electrospinning process,fiber diameter,morphology and mechanical properties of PVDF.The result showed that cotton fabric and PVDF films exhibited excellent anti UV properties,UPF value of cotton fabric varied from 6.48 to 500 before and after treated by GO,UPF of PVDF film changed from 4.7 to 67.56 when ZnO was added.In addition,the treated fabric showed obvious width of bacteriostasis zone against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.The bacteriostasis rate of PVDF electrospun composite membrane is higher than 75%.
