China is the world apple production country, the number of apple China production accounted for 55% of the world, in Apple planting production process, orchard, soil and Apple's own heavy metal pollution problems have received international attention, sometimes,pesticide residues are sometimes not up to the EU Quality Standard.China's apple production provinces mainly concentrated in Shaanxi, Shandong, Liaoning, Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, Gansu seven provinces, in the process of Apple planting and storage of heavy metals and pesticide residues.This paper carried out the investigation report on Shaanxi, Gansu and Shandong three provinces, and determine the safety evaluation of the detection method of mercury and arsenic, lead and heavy metals, the establishment of Apple during storage three furazolidone, imidazole fungicide, mancozeb, detection methods, and its content was analyzed, in order to provide planting according to the safety assessment of heavy metal and pesticide residue in the storage process of China's apple,The main research results are as follows:The results showed that 70 were apple samples of mercury, lead, arsenic were detected, three kinds of elements were detected in 32.86%, 947.14% and 5.71%, but all the detection of three types of heavy metal elements in the sample did not exceed the current limit of "GB2762-2005 food Limited" three standard of pollutants of heavy metal pollutants.The average contents of three kinds of heavy metals such as mercury, lead, arsenic and other 70 kinds of apple samples were 0.0017 mg/Kg, 0.0074 mg/Kg and 0.0028 mg/Kg, respectively. The pollution levels of three kinds of heavy metals such as mercury, lead and arsenic were greatly changed in different cities.The results show that in addition to 25 samples of thiabendazole in the other 69 check out, apple samples were not detected carbendazim, thiophanate methyl, thiabendazole and 2- amino benzimidazole fungicides four. The difference of carbendazim, thiophanate methyl, thiabendazole and 2- amino benzimidazole fungicides content among the four samples of the city is not obvious.The content of fungicide diphenylamine in 70 apple samples collected from 10 cities in 3 provinces of China was analyzed. The results showed that the diphenylamine was not detected in 70 samples, and the apple in the process of storage and preservation The pollution degree of diphenylamine is low.The 24, 52 and 54 samples detected by this sampling were 0.041 mg/kg, 0.027 mg/kg and 0.010 mg/kg, all of which were far below the 5mg/kg limits set by our country and the European Union. The results showed that the contamination degree of the 3 kinds of fungicides was low in the process of storage and preservation of apple, which was affected by the bacteria, three and kinds of fungicides.The detection and statistical analysis of 70 apple samples on the apple production area of 10 city 3 provinces in 70 enterprises in fruit storage from the fungicide mancozeb content show that the detected mancozeb in 70 samples showed lower pollution level in China by Apple mancozeb during the storage.
