The heavy metal pollution in the phenomenon of global agricultural products market integration becoming more obvious,it has severely restricted the development of modern agriculture in China.Based on the national government attaches great importance to current agricultural products,if we want solve the problem of agricultural product quality we must solve the heavy metal pollution problem which troubles the social and economic development fundamentally,this requires we will continue to strengthen supervision and management of the emissions of heavy metals enterprise.However,the equipment are still insufficient,main expression: one is on monitoring information acquisition,it still take handwritten to the lab,transcrib on the computer and then uploaded to the server,this way not only consume large amounts of time,lag in accessing information,and the collection information possible appear error,loss,and so on in the process of turnover,transcribing.Second,on heavy metal detection equipment,the existing equipment given priority to full amount of heavy metals,and the sample must be taken back to the lab then prepare sample,test and data output,the test results got by this way cannot reflect the soil condition,and cannot be used to guide agricultural safety production.All these problems seriously affected the information,rapidness,accuracy and low cost of agricultural environment monitoring technology.Therefore we need to increase the intensity of research,make up for the defects.Aim at above problems this study research virtual instrument technology which combine the electrochemical principle of differential pulse voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry with LabVIEW software,independent develop and design of a portable rapid heavy metal detection equipment.Then this paper mainly introduces the integration of detection device,it mainly contains the steady speed magnetic stirring module and automatically add module.By debugging test on equipment,the results show that the accuracy of the device is good.At last this paper detect the heavy metal in Sichuan agricultural products area by using the device,the testing results do a comparison with ICP-MS results.To prove the test results is accurate,and the instrument sensitivity is higher,then do the ecological health assessment of this area.Experiment has been formed with "safety information rapid acquisition,site transmission of test result" as the main body of agricultural products area heavy metal detection hardware model.While the device still not perfect,but this kind of device has strong portability,high degree of automation,high sensitivity,save manpower material resources and other advantages,provides a good idea to site test.
