Compared with other elastomers, Vulkollan elastomer has excellent wear resistance, good mechanical bearing capacity and excellent dynamic performance. The solid Vulkollan tire is widely used in the automobile production line and other logistics transportation system. It is of very important significance to study of the load capacity of solid Vulkollan tire for reducing tire manufacturing cost, reducing tire volume and lightweight of logistics equipment.Based on uniaxial compression test, uniaxial tension test, biaxial tensile test, planar shear test and simple shear test, the constitutive model of Vulkollan was determined, and the mechanical finite element model of solid Vulkollan tire is established by this constitutive model.Vulkollan material loss factor was measured by DMA test, and according to the finite element mechanics model calculates the stress field and strain field, and thus calculate the heat field with the input of heat generation ratio of the nodes of thermodynamic finite element model.The mechanical finite element model is verified by the radial compression test of the solid Vulkollan tire orthogonal test samples.And through the dynamic tests of the orthogonal test sample, the mechanical model and thermodynamic model are verified and the accuracy and the application range of solid Vulkollan tire load capacity are determined.Finally, the formula of solid Vulkollan tire load capacity which can direct the design of solid Vulkollan tire is concluded.
