As the vigorous development of automobile industry and highway technology and increase of automobile products,domestic tire brands encounter unprecedented opportunities,while in face with unprecedented challenges,because of lower product performance,quality,poor independent-research and development capacity,compared with other tire brands from foreign countries,especially because the key radial tire technology is in the hands of foreign-funded enterprises.This paper,after review of design research and technological development of domestic and foreign tire,as well as the review of tire failure,points out that temperature rise effect has the great significance on tire failure.Through the investigation for radial tire temperature virtual technology,we grasp the difficulties and the key technology.On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the current rubber material constitutive model research status,author is inspired from the tire rubber recycling experiment,using a continuum mechanics theory,based on the principle of damage mechanics and polymer theory,author deduce a new Constitutive model of rubber materials,through the supplementary description for rubber in various load modes,peak load state and mechanical properties of elongation amplitude,to make up for the current constitutive models in the original description of temperature rise,and verificates the new constitutive model with material experiments.In order to provide precise parameters of the mechanical properties of materials, the effcets of curing state,the number of fatigue cycling,as well as other factors such as load modes on the properties of rubber materials are researched,parameter test methods of tire rubber constitutive model are explored,with analysis and comparisons, experimental fitting curve selection principles and parameters a reasonable determining process for tyre rubber mechanics Analysis of the constitutive model are identified.On this basis,with a large number of experimental studies the material parameters of all types of rubber used in the BTR tire are determined.Precise mechanical characteristics analysis of the tire is prerequisite for the tire temperature virtual test technology.Through determination of boundary and load cases,selection of element type and density of grid technology,such as the establishment of model,combining a variety of tests and finite element simulation,the tire mechanical modeling technology is established,while verifed the new tires Analysis technology based on new constitutive model.With application of heat transfer theory,a steady thermal heat transfer model for tire is explored,and the corresponding heat conduction border and the border of two convection boundary conditions are researched.Energy loss calculation method is amended,and the entire process of a temperature field simulation is established.In comparing the domestic and international rubber thermal properties test methods, based on the use of laser-proliferation law,thermal conductivity and heat capacity parameters of tire Rubber material are measureed and fitted with linear method.Given the relationship between material loss factor and temperature,strain,material loss factors are acquird with RPA2000 and some fitting technology.These provide the necessary thermal properties of materials data for high-precision temperature virtual testing technology.With the compression temperature rise test of vulcanized rubber samples,in accordance with the established temperature processes,YEOH constitutive and new constitutive model are respectively used for reproduction of the test results,while the accuracy of heat rate is verified.And on this basis,tire temperature field simulation is finished.For 12.00R20 BTR tire,with a rational determination of the tire temperature testing programme,reasonable positioning for internal measuring points,and external fetal temperature monitoring test on the tire sidewall and some key points,the distribution of high temperature domain is Analysed.Finally,by comparison with the results of the simulation,the radial tire temperature virtual experimental field technology is verificated and established.The research and development of the radial tire temperature virtual experimental field technology,would improve existing domestic tire product design process,narrow the gap between domestic and foreign tire design standards,save R & D and manufacturing costs and improve the competitiveness of domestic tire products to enhance independent innovation and development Ability,as well as promote theory of cross-related disciplines,which has important practical and theoretical value.
