The tire is an important part of vehicle and affects many performance of the vehiclein the process of running,for example:drive performance,brake performance,thestability of the operation,fuel consumption and so on。To a great extent,the high or lowquality of tire is related with the performance of vehicle,So tire mechanical properties tochange the vehicle’s performance research is particularly important。At the same time,tireis a complex elastic structure with integrating multiple nonlinear,for example,Materialnonlinearity,geometric nonlinear,Contact nonlinear,Material nonlinearity is refers to thematerial of the constitutive relationship between stress and strain is non-linear;Geometricnonlinearity is refers to displacement and strain are non-linear under large deformation;Contact nonlinear refers to part of the boundary conditions change and irreversible alongwith the load of load as a result of the contact body deformation and friction contactboundary。Based on the characteristics of the tires,When we simplify tire model andchose analysis tire model, we must give full consideration to the nonlinear properties ofthe tire。Scaled its powerful ADINA the nonlinear finite element analysis software toanalyze function more and more received people’s attention, ADIAN not only has itsunique advantage in nonlinear analysis but also has its powerful features in solving thestructure and design field outside the field coupling problems,this article is with the aidof finite element analysis software scaled to tire ADINA the under the condition of load,changing material parameters of simulation analysis, to check the stress, deformation andsubsidence of the tire and other factors,in the last we make a simple introduction ofADINA command flow modeling,we can fast established finite element analysis modeland modify the model parameters conveniently,it do not take up large space and is a fastand effective method。The main work in this paper is as follows: (1) Introduce the software used in this paper,for example,two-dimensional drawingsoftware AutoCAD,large three-dimensional drawing software UG6.0,finite elementanalysis software ADINA。This paper briefly introduces the2d drawing softwareAutoCAD,three-dimensional drawing software UG6.0,detailed introduction finiteelement analysis softwareADINA,introduce characteristics、progress and application ofthe software in this analysis,details the ADINA, the superiority of nonlinear largedeformation analysis。(2) Introduce the building up of the finite element model of tire in detail,themodeling process includes three parts, the first step, In AutoCAD draw tiretwo-dimensional cross section;second step,import the drawing two-dimensional sectioninto UG,then import the model into*. X-T files;third step,import the*. X-T files intoADINA,established the tire finite element model inADINA。(3) Tire load finite element simulation analysis under standard air pressure anddifferent load,load is divided into standard load,1.5times standard load,2times standardload,check the tire stress of the cross section under different loading、deformation、subsidence of tire, analyzes the reason of tire wear and tear。(4) The stress of the tires with different beam layer under different loading,find outirrationality with beam layer force between the size and rationality,modify the size of thebeam layer,simulation analysis,Find out the suitable size,make the beam layer stressevenly。(5) Increase the quantity of beam layer, tire beam layer increase to18PR from16PR,change the size of layer beam, simulate analysis, find a reasonable size, make beam layerforce uniform.(6)ADINAcommand flow modeling and change command flow。...
