Most of our oil field take on the characteristics of multiple oil layer and inhomogeneous, with the exploit of further oil exploration reserves, facing the atrocious weather more fierce than ever. So, how to reasonably exploit the oil field with multiple layer, improve the production efficiency are notable for both home and abroad. At present, the most common method of exploiting multilayer oil field is single zonal production and injection, while rubber packer is the core of underground equipment, the service behavior is directly impact on the efficiency of the oil exploitation, and this put forward the higher request for rubber packer.The core element of the Sealing Rubber of the Packer’s is rubber packer, which served as seal components of its mechanical characteristics is very important. Rubber packer is made up by plastic, which with the change of load is nonlinear.So that it must establish the reasonable rubber material constitutive model. In this paper the rubber material constitutive model using Yeoh model, and with the uniaxial tensile test data processing, a reasonable set of Yeoh model constants is make sure. On the analysis of the nonlinear finite element theory, mechanics performance parameters, unit selection, grid partition, and loading method, with the ANSYS finite element analysis software,constructing the finite element model of the rubber packer. Compare the finite element analysis and experimental results, the alignment is good, and could meet the engineering requirements, proving the correctness of the constitutive model and finite element model.According to Y341-114type water injection compression packer, establishing the finite element model without the ending protective device of rubber packer and with the ending protective device, focus on the size and distribution of contact stress and relationship between sit load and the packer rubber under the two kinds of finite element model in different sit sealing loading, and analyzing the extrude on the shoulder of packer rubber and compared the two. The results of the study show that:two kinds of model, the contact stress of rubber packer are sitting with seal of the load increases with the increase, and as the loading on rubber packer increase; Compressed distance, shoulder "extrude" was also increases with sit sealing load, but with the ending protection device in the same rubber packer sit sealing load, the contact stress between packer rubber and casing pipe getting increase, compressed distance getting further large, while shoulder "extrude" getting even smaller. Obviously, shoulder "extrude" have effect on the packer rubber, and at the ending protection device can effectively reduce the shoulder "extrude", improve the sealing performance.According to the analysis results of the two kind of packer rubber model, that is,ending protection device can improve the sealing effect, put forward the three ending protective device. Anasysing the structure,with the results show that:in the same conditions, the packer rubber structure can increase the contact stress between packer rubber and casing pipe, and the compression distance, and the better sealing effects.
