| The rapid development of urbanization and industrialization and the rapid increase of energy consumption in China have brought many issues of air pollution. As the country with the worst air quality in cities, controlling atmospheric pollution has become an important mission to Xingtai, and it has significant implication for the social harmony and stability, economic and social development, and the comprehensive strength of Xingtai.The study analyzed the time and space distribution of major air pollutants--PM2.5、SO2、NO2 combined with the natural geographical factors and human factors of Xingtai that caused atmospheric pollution:special low-lying, low wind speed of topography and adverse environmental meteorological factors, the energy structure is unreasonable, the proportion of coal is too big, the industrial structure is too simple, the energy efficiency is too low, the consumption level of energy is too high,industuial point source pollution is serious.In addition,has also increased rapidly hinder atmospheric pollution.This study is an objective evaluation of atmospheric pollution control process and main management measures of Xingtai.In the meanwhile, GDP and energy consumption were significantly increased, but the major pollutant concentration like PM2.5、PM10 and SO2 declined.The comprehensive index of air declined, the air quality is good and the fine days increase year by year.At last, the study summarized and assessed the atmospheric pollution of Xingtai and put forward the related countermeasures and suggestions to control air pollution.Air pollution treatment must adopt comprehensive and systematic methods.Therefore,we shall use the following measures as a whole to coordinate and manage air pollution : from the optimization of economic structure, controlling pollution source, promote the rule of law, funding, technology security, construction the system of national participation and other aspects to obtain. |
