Since the 21st century, our country are facing increasingly severe energy problems. The world’s energy research institutes are actively looking for clean friendly alternative energy sources in order to reduce the pressure on energy supply. Methanol gasoline has got the attention more and more as a kind of superior performance of new energy, many provinces in China has been actively developing methanol fuel promotion work.The main work is as follow:Study on the stability of the mixture of methanol and gasoline.Methanol and gasoline are different substances and not stable after mixing, especially after methanol gasoline absorbing the water in the air. Methanol is easy to combine with polar water molecules to produce delamination. In this thesis, the stability additive of methanol gasoline is determined through the method of the fuel oil micro emulsion and surfactants hydrophilic oil-wet equilibrium theory research. Finally selected octyl alcohol as cosolvent, oleic acid/op-10 system as composite emulsifier, the best volume ratio of two kinds of material is 1:2 and the adding amount is 0.5%. The stability of the prepared emulsified gasoline has been studied and the results show that In the case of trace water cut that gasoline and methanol can be mutual integration and stability after joining stabilizer.(2) Carried out the study of the corrosion of methanol gasoline to metal parts and the rubber seal material. Firstly carried out the study of the vehicle commonly used metal material corrosion in the methanol gasoline and determined the paranitroaniline, amphoteric imidazoline and petroleum sulfonate three kind of additives which have good corrosion inhibition and its mass ratio is 2:1:4 and the adding amount is 0.05%. Scanning electron microscopy results of observing the metal surface showed that the corrosion inhibition of corrosion inhibitors to metal parts is good. Secondly carried out immersion test of typical nitrile rubber to methanol gasoline and then selected laurinol, propiolic alcohol and dioctyl ester three kinds of additives for inhibiting the swelling of rubber and its mass ratio is 1:2:2 and the adding amount is 0.03%.(3) Compared with ordinary gasoline, methanol gasoline can cause evaporation deviation and produce vapor lock. In this thesis carried out the proportion of methanol gasoline distillation range experiment and determined the ethyl tert-butyl ether as the solvent to improve the vapor lock problem and the adding amount is 0.3%. Then the evaporation of methanol gasoline is improved, methanol gasoline can satisfy the requirement of national standard fuel and the vapor lock problem has been solved.(4) Carried out the study of methanol gasoline engine bench experiment and vehicle use. The results show that the methanol gasoline can meet the fuel standards of the state and can be used for regular gasoline vehicle, it has very good environmental benefits and application value and economical performance. |
