| In this paper,the design of a small size,low cost,compact structure,short cycle of small vertical machining center of the automatic tool changer.Firstly,the development status and the development of the small vertical machining center are introduced,and the significance and the prospect of the automatic tool changing device are described.Then,the overall structure of the automatic tool changer for the small vertical machining center is introduced,and the selection scheme of the various parts is introduced.The automatic tool changer is composed of a knife base and a manipulator.First of all,through a variety of knife,mechanical hand structure and the advantages and disadvantages of the full comparison,the plate type tool base in the numerical control machining center is very wide,the process of the tool is relatively simple,the overall structure is more compact,relatively high positioning accuracy.One hand manipulator can simultaneously complete the knife and sword action,simple structure,short change time.On this basis,the overall design scheme is determined.The disc knife library and rotary arm hands machine hand and in-depth and meticulous research on the mechanical structure and the principle of control.Mainly includes the design of the cutter,the cutter location,the design of the cutter,the overall design of the tool,the design of the manipulator.With MITSUBISHI series as the control core,according to the action principle and requirement of the manipulator and the cutter,the programmable controller is formulated,and the automatic tool change control of PLC is realized through debugging program. |
