This thesis finished the soybean wastewater treatment process design and engineering operation mainly, which is divided into two parts. The first part is the process design, and the second part is the engineering operation. The project of bean products wastewater treatment comes from new soybean production line of Ma'anshan Baisuyuan Food Co., Ltd.. The design capacity is 80 m3/d and quality of inlet water is as follows:CODcr=9000mg/L, BOD5=3000mg/L, SS=300mg/L, NH3-N=75m/L, TP=4mg/L. The effluent quality must achieve "the comprehensive discharge standard of sewage" (GB8978-1996) first standard. The wastewater had a good biodegradability with BOD/COD>0.3. In order to meet the standards of the effluent quality, the wastewater was treated by using the anaerobic process (Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed, UASB) combined with aerobic biochemical process (Cyclic Activated Sludge System, CASS). CASS can remove nitrogen and phosphorus effectively. The soybean wasterwater was mixed with the company's existing wastewater of vegetables, and they were treated together. The design effluent wastewater quality must achieve "integrated astewater discharge standards" (GB8978-1996) first standard after the successful operation. This process has the advantages of simple operation, low investmentThe second part is the operation and debugging of the bean product wastewater treatment station of Ma'anshan Caishiji Food Co., Ltd.. The bean product wastewater was treated by using the composite process of anaerobic (UASB) and aerobic (SBR) process. The activated sludge of Ma'anshan Mengniu Dairy were inoculated and acclimated in anaerobic and aerobic conditions respectively. The UASB and biological contact oxidation pool unit were operated apart, and were operated jointly in the system. After three months the debugging work was finished the successfully, the effluent wastewater quality is fully in line with "integrated wastewater discharge standards" (GB8978-1996) first standard.
