As an important part of engineering construction,engineering design provides important support for the national economy.The efficiency of engineering design and the quality of the project directly determine the construction progress and difficulty of the project.It also determines the effect of subsequent decades.Engineering design is a kind of knowledge creation work.Its production process has many subjective components.It is difficult to form quantitative decision making in such work arrangement,which makes it difficult to standardize the operation planning problem of engineering design enterprises.The whole design work arrangement Unable to use resources efficiently to improve efficiency.At present,the task scheduling of engineering design work is usually determined by the subjective judgment of managers.This decision-making method that varies from person to person cannot meet the work requirements that are gradually improved.On the other hand,with the continuous upgrading and segmentation of science and technology,the individual differences of design staff are becoming more and more obvious.Therefore,optimizing the engineering design of the project has become an urgent need of the enterprise.Based on engineering design,this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of engineering design work and designers,and combines the common theories and methods of production management and work scheduling to find a scheduling model suitable for engineering design work.Engineering design belongs to the work of single-piece customization,with the characteristics of fewer participants,variable workflow,and wide knowledge of personnel.Considering the above factors affecting the scheduling results,the operational research method is used to construct a step-by-step optimization model,and the optimization objectives are solved step by step,taking full account of the characteristics of personnel heterogeneity,and quantifying the indicators through the analytic hierarchy process.Firstly,the JSP model of the personnel process is constructed to solve the job planning of the post process,and then the integral planning model of the staff evaluation and the post is solved by the genetic algorithm and the integer programming respectively,and the operation planconsidering the matching of the personnel is obtained.The feasibility of the method and algorithm of model construction is verified by an engineering example.Starting from the actual work,the engineering design enterprise's operation plan optimization research has a strong guiding significance.On the one hand,it proposes a job planning method that matches the person and the post as the optimization goal.In the subdivision of engineering design,On the other hand,the author also studied the quantitative evaluation of engineering personnel's matching,and obtained the operational evaluation method,and proposed the indicators and methods for assisting decision-making for human resources work.
