| With the fast development of science and technology today, the process of industrial production advances rapidly in the direction of large-scale, intelligent and automation. As social economic increases rapidly, the technology application of solid-liquid separation in the production process is also increasing. Under the precondition of low cost, in a highly integrated platform, how to take use of some appropriate equipments and measures to achieve the automatic control of the separation process, also get more efficient results, that will be the key problems-solving in the industrial production process. In consideration of the simple operability of the single-chip microcomputer, we take the micro control chip as the core, connect it with the host computer, then combine with the use of an external circuit to complete the detection of some process parameters in the operation, signal processing and control of these equipments,finally, expand the research on test-type separation system.The project of this subject in research and design consider two aspects of the whole system about the circuit section of the hardware and the software. In terms of hardware circuit, we divide the structure of the system into four parts in the third chapter of this article, including the working portion(separation tank),power system(compress the air),the transmission system(circulation pump) and the vavle system, this is the main structure in this design. Also we divide the hardware circuits of the structure into some important modules, including the core MCU and peripheral circuits, traffic detection module, differential pressure detection module, hardware drivers for valves and circulation pump, in these areas, we give a detail description of the design of the hardware circuit, the detection mechanism, as well as the corresponding PID algorithm.Consider about the interaction between the program and the system operator, we add the design of PC. Taking use of the configuration software to edit the man-machine interface, download the program to it by Ethernet or USB, so can we make a combination among the operator, working system and the control medium, complete the real automation in process control. The operator can take advantage of the cross-platform to monitor visually the working state and those parameters,get the real-time dynamic, and thus easily make some changes according to the actual situation.Double barrel-type structure is the first advantage in this proposed scheme. During the single bucket work and cleaning cycles, there will be a downtime and it is difficult to accept in the continuous production, also multiple demolition may affect the effective use of the separation medium. Double barrel-type structure can be good to avoid this, when a tank has reached a critical point needs to be cleaned, the system can take an automatic switchover to open the other device for filtering processing, the original equipment start to clean itself, so can we ensure the continuity of the production process. Taking using of the woven metal sintering net as the filter material is the second advantage, it overcomes the drawback of the traditional flexible material, for example, it’s not easy to remove the slag and it has a short service life.Taking use of a scattering turbidity detection device, test-online will be taken in the key technical points in the process of the experiment, we can get the content of suspended solids in the slurry before(after) the treatment by the detection data in different stages, then parameters of this system can be automatically adjusted based on them so that the technical design can achieve the best effect of work. According to the results of the sample detector selected, this paper consider it to have reached the pre-set requirements, and it get an effective separation of the solid-liquid systems. |
