It can retain historic records for a period time in order to convenience query and fulfillment the technical criteria that the user required.The moving oil production equipment automatic monitored control system proposal mostly include three parts.they are data acquisition part ( sensor) , data-processing part (singlechip control casing) ,acruator (air cylinder, valve) .this paper lucubrats the design of the moving oil production equipment automatic monitored control system.the sensor part includes resistance thermal detection strain gauge and hall sensor,it utilizes resistance thermal detection strain gauge detecte indirectly loads, utilizes hall sensor to detect pulley's number of turns,get the rose or fell velocity and depth through the number of turns, after sensors have collected the tension, depth or velocity signal,through the control casing analyze and judge whether the function is normal,if the event of function is normal then on-off service,as actuator out of order, then through the actuator carry homologize movement.
