As the scale of livestock and poultry farming continues to expand,livestock and poultry waste has become one of the main sources of agricultural pollution.The spiral extrusion solid-liquid separation machine,as a mature environmental protection equipment,has been widely used in the treatment of livestock and poultry waste.However,traditional control methods of the spiral extrusion solid-liquid separation machine are difficult to adapt to different processing needs and operating environments.The use of intelligent control methods to optimize and improve the spiral extrusion solid-liquid separation machine has become an effective way to solve these problems,and it is of great significance to promote the scientific management and resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste.In this paper,we completed the design of the spiral extrusion solid-liquid separation machine for livestock and poultry waste,analyzed the main influencing factors of the solid-liquid separation process using various methods,and further carried out systematic research on the intelligent control method of the solid-liquid separation machine,and completed the design and construction of the control system of the solid-liquid separation machine.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Completed the structural design of the solid-liquid separator and designed the control strategy for the solid-liquid separator.Based on the theory of squeezing filtration,spiral extrusion was determined as the main scheme for solid-liquid separation of livestock and poultry waste by analyzing the physical characteristics of livestock and poultry waste.Based on the analysis of the solid-liquid separation mechanism of spiral extrusion,the design of the spiral extrusion solid-liquid separator has been completed.On this basis,a control strategy using pressure gradient as the control variable of the control system and fuzzy control and neural network control as the control methods was proposed.(2)The numerical simulation study of the spiral extrusion and dehydration process of livestock and poultry waste was conducted,and the mechanism of the effect of feed particle size,screw speed,and feed water content on the pressure and water content in the flow field was discussed.Based on the independently designed and manufactured solid-liquid separation machine,a response surface analysis model of the interaction of various factors was constructed through orthogonal experiments,and the quantitative study of the effects of various factors on pressure gradient and outlet water content was carried out.The coupling relationship between various influencing factors was analyzed,and the frequency converter was determined as the actuator of the control system,and the specific numerical range and value of the pressure gradient were quantified.(3)Proposed and determined an intelligent control method for solid-liquid separators.Qualitative analysis was conducted on the dynamic performance of a spiral extrusion solid-liquid separator using the finite element method,and a simplified transfer function model of the controlled object was established.A controller for the screw extrusion system was designed based on fuzzy control and fuzzy neural network control methods.Through simulation and comparison,the control effects of various control methods were systematically elaborated,and fuzzy neural network control was determined as the best control method for achieving intelligent solid-liquid separators.(4)We designed and built the control system for the solid-liquid separation machine.Through systematic hardware and software design,we studied the control system of the solid-liquid separation machine and achieved the overall construction of the control system for the solid-liquid separation machine.This paper systematically studied the intelligent control method of the spiral extrusion solid-liquid separation machine for livestock and poultry waste.Through various means such as numerical simulation,system testing,and theoretical calculations,we completed the design and control method research of the solid-liquid separation machine,and achieved the construction of the control system for the solid-liquid separation machine.This provides data support and reference value for the research of intelligent control methods for solid-liquid separation machines.
