Study On Coke Making By Using High Proportion Of Weakly Caking Coal

The iron and steel production capacity in our country is excess in recent years, the economic benefit of iron and steel enterprises is badly shrunked, and the high quality coking coal resources in our country is not abundant, these make the blending coking research of low price of non-coking coal to the coking hot topic. But the addition of non-coking coal will consume the collidal matter undoubtedly in the coking process, and if the coking of high ratio of non-coking coal is carried out, the glue additives must be added in the process of coal blending caking. Based on this kind of situation, the new linear water soluble polymer binder used in the coal blending coking adopted in this research, and the addition of new linear water soluble polymer binder compensated the insufficient of collidal matter in the blending coal of non-coking coal to further improve the quality of coke. Based on JNQSZ binder, this study has developed and synthesized two new gelatin binders JBNQUSZ and JSNQSZ of the blending coal, and the use of two new gelatin binders in the coking improved coke quality. And the coke quality of JNQSZ binder is best among the three gelatin binders.Water soluble pectin resin is high molecular polymer, its molecular weight directly affects the improvement extent of the qualities of coal and coke. And This experiment studied the influence of synthetic resin of different JNQSZ material ratio under same synthesis process parameters on crucible coke quality, and the best quality of coking is the synthetic resin BJNQSZ of JJQ/JNS ratiol:1 (mole ratio).The coking results of coking coal ratio displaced by long-flame coal under the condition of adding 0.2% BJNQSZ show that, compare with the quality indicators of benchmark coke of no BJNQSZ and 3% long-flame coal, under the condition of long-flame coal ratio 3% up to 10% and adding 0.2% BJNQSZ, the change of falling strength of obtained coke is not obvious, and the drum index Tio has increased by 2.95 percentage points, and coke reactivity data PRI was flat, and the PSR has increased by 8.15 percentage points, and the MSI has increased slightly, and the OTI optical organization value increased significantly, and the anisotropic tissues increased, and the solution reaction of coke by oxygen is lower.The coking results of coking coal ratio displaced by anthracite under the condition of adding 0.2% BJNQSZ show that, compare with the quality indicators of benchmark coke of no BJNQSZ and 3% anthracite, under the condition of anthracite ratio up to 7% and adding 0.2% BJNQSZ, the change of falling strength of obtained coke is not obvious, and the drum index T10 was flat, and coke reactivity data PRI has decreased by 6.0 percentage points, and the PSR has increased by 10.57 percentage points, and the MSI has increased by 7.0 percentage points, and the OTI optical organization value increased significantly, and the anisotropic tissues increased, and the solution reaction of coke by oxygen is lower.This study showed that, the quality of coke obtained under the coal blending coking conditions of adding 0.2% BJNQSZ and coking coal ratio displaced by long-flame coal or anthracite is good, and the economic effect is obvious, therefore, the industrial test research of adding 0.2% BJNQSZ and coking coal ratio displaced by long-flame coal or anthracite is highly recommended.
