At present, estrogen pollution is getting more and more attention.17?-Estradiol is one of the most important and the most active estrogen. However, now, although the detection method of 17?-estradiol had a lower detection limit and a good sensitivity, these methods are difficult to meet the actual sample-real time quantitative detection in a certain degree. This paper based on the aptamer and development three kinds of aptasenser detection system to achieve the quantitative detection of 17?-estradiol, the main results as follows:(1) Resonance scattering spectroscopy:The degree of polymerization of gold nanoparticles can be controlled by NaCl, and combining the resonance scattering spectral technology to build a aptasensor. The detection limit is 1.26 nM, the average recovery rate is between 93.9%and 108.3%, and the relative standard deviation is between 4.6%and 6.1%;(2) Colorimetric:The colorimetric sensing system was constructed the interaction between the aptamer, gold nanoparticles and the cationic surfactants. Experimental results show that the detection limit is 1.96 nM, the average recovery rate is between 95.3%and 115.4%, and the relative standard deviation is from 2.6%to 8.6%;(3) Fluorescence:Based on the aptamer, gold nanoparticles quenching the fluorescence of Rhodamine B, and construct a similar to signal amplifying sensing system, the results show that, the detection limit is 0.51 nM. In addition, by the mixed samples addition recovery experiments, the recoveries range is between 94.26%and 117.14%, and the relative standard deviation is in the range of 0.049%to 0.73%.These results show that the three new developed aptasensor in this paper is simple, fast, sensitive and specific, which can provide theoretical basis for further practical application.
