Since 1964,Anderson company in America started the early experiments about extruding.After then,extruding technology applied in many fields such as plastic,feed,oil,and fermentation.In extracting oil industrialization,it becomes an important pre-treatment method to extracting oil.Compared to the traditional way,materials are mixed and heated in the barrel through rotating screw,and expanded at edge of die nozzle through setting different diameter nozzle.Thus it is useful for extracting oil and does good for solvent extraction.In the whole process of extruding,it is of harmlessness to damage of protein and fat,at the same time,it can decrease the residual oil.It was adopted by the single screw extruder from Shandong University of Science and Technology and peanut of Shandong red peanut.The analyzed method was adopted by response surface method.That was to say three factors and five levels of central composite method was chosen.Design expert 8.0.5 software was used for data analyzed and response surface analyzed.The relationship between three factors including nozzle diameter,moisture content and barrel temperature were systematic analyzed,and the dependent variable factors including residual oil rate y1,the puffing degree y2 and productivity y3 were studied.In order to put forward the theory and practical guiding,the following results were received:(1)The regression equation of extrusion parameters and residual oil rate was set up,and the result shows that the influencing order was nozzle diameter>moisture content>barrel temperature;The optimum combined factors were:12.7mm of nozzle diameter,10.3%of moisture content and 95.3℃ of barrel temperature at the same time the residual oil was 1.4%.(2)The regression equation of extrusion parameters and puffing degree was set up,and the result shows that the influencing order was nozzle diameter>moisture content>barrel temperature;The optimum combined factors were:14.0mm of nozzle diameter,9.7%of moisture content and 93.6℃ of barrel temperature at the same time the puffing degree is 1.24.(3)The regression equation of extrusion parameters and productivity was set up,and the result shows that the influencing order was nozzle diameter>barrel temperature>moisture content;The optimum combined factors were:13.6mm of nozzle diameter,10.1%of moisture content and 93.7℃ of barrel temperature at the same time the productivity was 10.3kg/h.(4)The residual oil,puffing degree and productivity were synthetically assessed with the illegibility analysis.In order to ensure lower residual oil rate,higher puffing degree and higher productivity,the optimum combined factors were:13.4mm of nozzle diameter,10.2%of moisture content and 96.4 ℃ of barrel temperature.(5)The regression equation of extrusion parameters and barrel extracting oil rate was set up,and the result shows that the influencing order was moisture content>barrel temperature>nozzle diameter;The optimum combined factors were:14.0mm of nozzle diameter,10.8%of moisture content and 100℃ of barrel temperature.(6)It was analyzed the relationship between extracting time and residual oil rate in extrudate,and received the extracting model as long as their changing microstructure under different extracting time. |
