Composite materials due to its excellent mechanical properties and can work under harsh working conditions for a long time stable work has become a hot spot today,with the development of 3D printing technology,3D printing technology for composite molding processing is applied to the manufacturing process of aerospace parts,this topic proposes two molding schemes,namely miniaturized molding device and medium-sized twin screw forming device for 3D printing equipment to provide high surface quality precision composite wire,the main contents include:(1)Due to the characteristics of poor viscosity and difficult processing of polyetheretherketone,the composite material formulation system based on polyetheretherketone is studied,and the mixed modification of polyetheretherketone with different ratios polyimide and polytetrafluoroethylene to enhance the fluidity of polyetheretherketone is used,and the formula system is tested for constant temperature variable shear rate and constant shear rate variable temperature rheological performance,and finally the formula system suitable for wire molding is finally determined,providing a theoretical basis for subsequent research.(2)For the miniaturized molding equipment through finite element simulation for the optimization of the screw structure design,the miniaturized single screw equipment for mixing performance analysis,to verify the screw structure in the conveying and mixing process of mixing performance,the extrusion molding process of the molding defect numerical simulation calculation,including the length of the stereotyping section,melt flow rate,the temperature of the stereotyping section and other factors,for the subsequent miniaturization molding equipment extrusion molding to provide process parameter guidance,and the miniaturization molding equipment to carry out non-isothermal process simulation,Explore the effect of temperature fields on the extrusion molding process.(3)Miniaturization equipment molding difficulties and there is currently a problem of long-term stable extrusion molding,so it is necessary to carry out twin screw molding equipment research,considering the quality of the wire and the problem of extrusion expansion caused by the fluctuation of machine operation in the extrusion process of twin screw equipment,this study adopts the design scheme of twin screw extruder with stable pressure melt pump.Numerical simulation in the extrusion process is carried out by Polyflow for different thread conveying elements and screw combinations,and the mixing characteristics analysis of polyetheretherketone composite materials based on the particle tracer method is used,including residence time distribution and average reflux coefficient.
