| In this paper, it introduces the astragalus polyose and the astragalus polyose for injection, and improves the extraction process by using alkali extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method, and determines the process parameters.In alkali extraction, the pH value, temperature and volume of extract solvent were confirmed by production, then the feasibility of process with those parameters was inspected, and the economical benefits can be calculated.Ultrasonic extraction was studied with product of astragalus polyose, and the temperature, the time and the solvent volume were confirmed by production, and the feasibility was inspected.In the end, the economical benefits between the alkali extraction methond and ultrasonic extraction method were compared, and it suggested which mothod should be used in the different condition. |
