Under ultraviolet light,system photosensitive substance chemical reaction to produce an active fragment initiate polymerization system in a reactive monomer or oligomer,crosslinking,thereby making the system instantly into a solid by a liquid coating layer.The process is polymerization process between the UV-curable systems containing unsaturated double bond,eventually form a three-dimensional network cross-linked polymers.Modified soybean oil is used soybean oil as raw material,through epoxidation,ring-opening and a series of processes obtained soybean oil-based materials.In this paper,soybean oil as a raw material for preparing epoxy soybean oil and synthesis of UV light-curable prepolymer containing unsaturated double bond which is applied to the UV light curable resin formulations,we study the properties of UV cured film.This thesis consists of three parts,the first part is to get peracetic acid by reaction of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide,and then synthesis of epoxy soybean oil with soybean oil.Using methanol and trimethylolpropane ring-opening epoxidized soybean oil to obtain a polyol.The second part is obtained containing carbon-carbon double bond modified soybean oil,using the ring-opening methanol polyol reacting with maleic anhydride,adding 20wt%of styrene as an active dilution and 3%photoinitiator Irg-184,under UV irradiation to obtain a cured film.The third part is trimethylolpropane ring-opening epoxidized soybean oil prepared for soybean oil-based polyol,soybean oil-based polyol containing a carbon-carbon double bonds reacting with single-capped IPDI to prepare a modified carbon-containing soybean oil.Single-capped IPDI containing carbon-carbon double bond was prepared by hydroxyethyl acrylate and IPDI reacting with molar ratio of 1:1.The presence of soybean oil-based containing polyol hydroxy 9-10 or so,adjust the soybean oil-based polyol with single capped IPDI molar ratio of the contention can be made with different carbon-carbon double bond soybean oil-based UV-curable resin.Trimethylolpropane ring-opening soybean oil polyol reacted with maleic anhydride can obtain more carbon-modified soybean oil-based UV-curable resin.According to the ring-opening trimethylolpropane soybean oil polyol with maleic anhydride molar ratio,to give a series of modified soybean oil-based UV-curable resin.In this paper,we use Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR),proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-NMR),mechanical properties test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermal gravimetric analysis(TG),et al.
