UV curing is ultraviolet curing,which is the reactive groups such as free radicals is produced when the photoinitiators in the UV-curable system absorb radiation energy form ultraviolet light by the ultraviolet light irradiation and lead to polymerization process between the UV-curable system containing unsaturated double bond,Eventually form a three-dimensional network cross-linked polymers.Environmental issues and limited of crude oil supply make the development of bio-based and biodegradable materials to get more and more attention.Apart from renewable,soybean oil also have extensive scope of supply,low price and biodegradable and many other advantages,shows the enormous potential As an alternative resource of polymer materials production.In this paper,soybean oil as a raw material for preparing epoxy soybean oil and synthesis of UV light-curable prepolymer containing unsaturated double bond which is applied to the UV light curable resin formulations,we study the properties of UV cured film.This thesis consists of three parts,the first part is to get peracetic acid by reaction of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide,and then synthesis of epoxy soybean oil with soybean oil.And characterize the epoxidized soybean oil by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-NMR).We measure the value of the epoxy epoxy soybean oil by hydrochloric acid-acetone method,and study the impact of the ratio of reactants and reaction temperature on the epoxy value.Heating is conducive to improve the epoxidation reaction rates,but promote the side reaction such as the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and ring-opening reaction,we choose room temperature and make sure the system temperature is not high which is conducive to get epoxy soybean oil with high epoxy value.The second part is to get fluorine-containing soybean oil based polyol by the reaction of the epoxidized soybean oil and trifluoroacetic acid and then synthesis of prepolymer UV-curable fluorine-containing soybean oil-based resin with connecting hydroxyethyl acrylate by isophorone diisocyanate.The photoinitiator of 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone prepolymer was added in the prepolymer,and cured by UV light irradiation.characterize the UV cured films of fluorine-containing soybean oil based resin by mechanical properties test,thermal gravimetric analysis(TG),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),contact angle measurements,elemental composition analysis and physical properties such as gel content test,water absorption test,pencil hardness test,et al.Explore the impact of different proportions of isophorone diisocyanate and hydroxy ethyl acrylate on properties of UV cured film.The third part is to obtain fluorine-containing soybean oil based acrylate by reaction of the epoxidized soybean oil with acrylic acid and trifluoroacetic acid,and then reacted with maleic anhydride to obtain maleic anhydride grafted fluorine-containing soybean oil based acrylate resin.The photoinitiator of 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone prepolymer and reactive diluents such as styrene or 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate were added in and cured by UV light irradiation.The same way,we study the performance of the UV cured film by taking the mechanical properties test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),contact angle measurements,thermal gravimetric analysis(TG),et al.And explore the impact of grafting of maleic anhydride and adding of reactive diluents on UV cured film properties.
