During construction and production period,The spoil ground is a special stacking site for a large number of soil,rock and other solid waste.Spoil ground may not only cause serious soil and water loss,but also may induce landslide,debris flow and other geological disasters,which may threat safety of transportation,industrial and residential.At present,due to the complexity of influencing factors,there is no rapid assessment to potential risk of production and construction projects spoil ground.In this paper,Study on the potential risk of production and construction projects spoil ground with AHP method,and take Chongqing-Wanzhou railway as an example,choose spoil ground type,physical properties,distance,slope,hight,catchment area,slag amout,retaining wall,drain,density 10 indicators as index,build the spoil ground potential risk rapid assessment model of Chongqing-Wanzhou railway.3 primary indicators importance ordering: B3,B1,B2.10 secondary indicators importance ordering: C9,C8,C3,C7,C4,C1,C2,C10,C6,C5.Take 5 spoil grounds of Chongqing-Wanzhou railway in June 2015 as an example,the results of using the spoil ground potential risk rapid assessment model are the same as the actual situation.The results show that the production and construction projects spoil ground potential risk rapid assessment model is a feasible method and very great value of engineering application,because the indicators are easy to get,and the method is scientific and objective.
