Along with the increasing of mining depth in Jinchuan No.3, the existing roadways have entered the high ground stress environment, accompanied by the large deformation, the high degree of supporting difficulty, short repair cycle, the increasing of mining cost and other bad situation.Based on many of the geological data about Jinchuan nickel at home and abroad, the causes and characteristics of the high ground stress in Jnchuan No.3 were analyzed in detail and the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway under the existing supporting technology were summarized. The basic principle of coupling support was applied to the design of new roadway support in Jinchuan No.3. Based on the transformation of mechanical mechanism, the coupling support scheme of bolt mesh injection was put forward, which was based on the hollow pre-stressed grouting bolt and the high strength TECCO net and it was applied in field test. Through the field test, it is found that the proposed scheme can provide great support strength and stiffness. The main difficulties of traditional support technology of the noncoupling between support system and surrounding rock was basically solved. Finally, the characteristics of deformation and failure of deep roadway in Jinchuan No.3 were discussed. By adding two help anchor density, the layout of the roof cable and corner bolt of the form, the coupling support numerical test of bolt mesh cable injection in deep roadway was carried out, on the basis of the original coupling support scheme. It is proved that the coupling support technology can adapt to the complex geological environment of Jinchuan No.3 and gave an exemplification for the new coupling support technology in Jinchuan nickel mine providing.
