| This paper studies the failure mechanism and the control of soft rock anchor coupling support system, focusing on the weak stratum and broken rock deformation and failure mechanism, the supporting component failure control mechanism of rock mechanical properties and bolting parameters, assistant combined supporting scheme of field implementation and effect evaluation and other aspects of research, and finally through the field the application of research results to test and perfect. The results of this study can improve the Soft Rock Bolting Supporting stratum in mine roadway support theory, test, design and field practice deficiencies, provide a new effective way for roadway safety, economy and high efficiency.The main work and result of the dissertation are described as follows:1. The deformation and failure mechanism of soft surrounding rock is defined, which provides a theoretical basis for bolt and grouting support.2. Put forward the grouting parameter selection method, obtained the suitable parameters of grouting in soft fractured surrounding rock instability.3. The mechanical properties of the support member are defined, and the construction technology of the combined use of the grouting bolt and the high strength anchor cable is established.4. Five supporting scheme is simulated by using ABAQUS software, the supporting scheme of surrounding rock deformation and failure situation.5. In this paper, a field experiment was carried out using five kinds of support schemes which have achieved good results. The results of the field tests were made by using geological radar and borehole TV monitoring. |
