The development roadways,heading roadways and mining roadways are the premise of underground coal mining.How to keep the mining,driving,and opening of roadways in a good state of maintenance for a long time,reducing the number of roadway maintenance and reducing costs is an unavoidable problem for coal mining enterprises.After years of research and practice by scholars,the roadway support technology has been unprecedentedly developed,and the surrounding rock control of the roadway has gradually changed from passive support to active support.The core of deep coal mining technology is the control of the roadway surrounding rock.In order to achieve the goal of maintaining stable and high-yield production at-950 level,the Lvjiatuo Mine explores the deep mine roadway support technology.Through in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign roadway support theory,combined with its own geological conditions,it supports the anchor-net-cable joint support The technology was improved,and the ordinary anchor cable was changed to a hollow grouting anchor cable to support the deep mine roadway.In order to realize the full use of the technology of hollow grouting anchor cable reinforcement in the deep roadway treatment of Lvjiatuo Mine,the hollow shaft triaxial in-situ stress measurement was performed on the deep roadway of Lvjiatuo Mine to determine the impact of the maximum principal stress direction on the deep roadway.And determine the basic mechanical parameters of the surrounding rock of the roadway,determine the range of the loosening zone of the surrounding rock of the roadway by peeping method,and analyze the supporting method based on the experimental data and the geological conditions of the roadway;The deep roadway support design of Lvjiatuo Mine was carried out,the theoretical derivation of the parameters of bolts and hollow grouting and anchor cables was completed,and a reasonable grouting time was calculated by establishing a combined mechanical model of the surrounding rock of the roadway.Finally,FLAC3D numerical simulation The feasibility analysis of hollow grouting anchor cable reinforcement technology in the deep roadway of Lvjiatuo Mine has accumulated practical experience for the application of the hollow grouting anchor cable reinforcement technology in the deep roadway of Lvjiatuo Mine,and provides mature roadway support technology for the long-term development of the mine.
