The filter cartridge is a kind of new and efficient dust removal equipment which is developed on the basis of bag filter. The research of cleaning performance is the key of dust area,this paper established pulse injection testbed and industrial test,through peak pulse pressure testing、electronic weighing and pressure measurement,probe the peak pulse pressure、the residual amount of dust and system running resistance of the Φ147×2000mm and Φ147×1600mm length cartridge also analyze the influences of the pulse width parameters and the running resistance.In the pulse-jet test bench self, measured the best combination of blowing aperture. For 1600 mm length cartridge, when the nozzle diameter d is 12,15,17.5mm, corresponding to the optimal jet distance s is 270,240,210mm; for 2000 mm long cartridge when the nozzle diameter d is:12,15,17.5mm, corresponding to the optimal jet distance s is 270,240,180 mm. And obtain discipline of the peak pulse first increases and then decreases again increased along the longitudinal direction of the long cartridge which is different from the discipline of peak pulse increases along longitudinal direction of the short cartridge.In the industrial test bench(20m3 pulse-jet long cartridge filter), experimental results jet distance 240 mm, nozzle diameter 15 mm is the best combination of blowing aperture. And the distribution rule of peak pulse pressure on the long filter and the distribution rule of peak pulse pressure on the short filter are basically accordant,also the dust cleaning of the long filter at 100 mm position is invalid.Concluding with the increase in the pulse width, the system reduced running resistance, residual dust is reduced, cleaning effect is better.Finally, based on the background of design of super-heated steam bag filter collecting ultrafine CFB ashes with annual output of 400,000 tons, air volume 88000 m 3 /h, material size d50 < 5μm, temperature 250-300℃, design cartridge filter using of length cartridge filter replace bag filter, and the contrast between the two economic benefits. And obtain an increase of 29.69% over the bag filter into a cartridge filter. Compared bag filter, cartridge filter footprint saves 28% space, height saves 61.5%, steel consumption saves 28.33%, so the cartridge filter has obvious economic advantages in equipment investment.The above work provides a reference for the long filter cartridge replace the long bag filter, with important significance for achieving the energy-saving environmental industry requirement. |
