As industry develops fast,air pollution caused by industrial dust has drawn increasing attention.Cartridge filters are widely used in the industrial dust removal field owing to its less land occupation and high efficiency.The more fold numbers and filtration areas of the cartridge are,the more air volume can be handled.However,large amount of folds and large filtration areas increase the difficulty of cleaning.Taking the typical filter cartridge of ?325mm * 1000 mm for example,this paper discusses the influence of the cartridge cleaning effect in different structural parameters and different Venturi tubes,and finally obtains the optimum cleaning parameters.Changing the jet distance,jet pressure and nozzle diameter,according to the peak pressure and its distribution on the side wall of the filter cartridge,the optimum cleaning parameters are obtained: the jet distance is 240mm-300 mm,the blowing pressure is 0.4MPa and the blowing diameter is 28 mm.As to Venturi tubes,the comparative analysis on cleaning effect of the No.1 Venturi tube and the No.2 Venturi tube is achieved.The results show that on the basis of the cleaning uniformity of the cartridge and the energy consumption,the No.1 Venturi tube performs better and brings the best cleaning effect.At this point the optimum cleaning parameters are as follows: jet distance is 240 mm,jet pressure is 0.5MPa and nozzle diameter is 25 mm.
