With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, in recent years increasingly grim situation of China's ecological environment. Although ecological protection and construction efforts to increase year by year, but the pressure of resource constraints continued to increase, environmental pollution still increase, ecosystem degradation serious ecological problem is more complex, facing serious challenges to sustainable development.To strengthen ecological protection, Chinese government enacted a number of policies. in 2011, "the State Council on Strengthening the views of key environmental protection work" made it clear that the important ecological function areas, terrestrial and marine ecosystems environmentally sensitive areas, vulnerable areas and other regions delineated ecological red line. But how to scientific and reasonable delineation ecological red line, and implement it in the daily management of the ecological environment, is urgent to study and solve problems.Baiyangdian wetland as the largest lake in the North China Plain wetlands and marshes are being faced with the threat of eutrophication. Lake District deteriorating ecological environment, the ability to decline storing flood, wet period can not be effectively storing flood, resulting in lower peak to advance, threatening the safety of life and property downstream population. Water regulating function weaken impoundment, the dry period are not protected wetland habitats and ecological diversity of species in the region have been seriously affected. Baiyangdian form of regional ecological environment is not optimistic, it is imperative to strengthen the regional ecological environment management.The study based on Baiyangdian area, by studying the ecological environment of Baiyangdian area, conducting ecological redline drawn area delineated and management problems that may arise, and propose solutions strategy. First, analyze the current situation of ecological environment of Baiyangdian area, draw major environmental problems Baiyangdian regional presence and use ArcGIS geographic information system, based on the analytic hierarchy process to determine the environmental impact of the weight factor for regional ecological sensitivity analysis for Baiyangdian area ecological red line delineated and management provide the basis. Secondly, a comprehensive analysis of Shenzhen, Suzhou, Poyang Lake, Biwa Ko and other advanced environmental management case for regional ecological Baiyangdian red can be implemented to find reference and inspiration in everyday management of the ecological environment. Ultimately, for the future development of ecological environment of Baiyangdian area, propose appropriate Ecological Environment Protection.
